You can also track your item at our carriers’ websites with the tracking number in the Shipping Confirmation e-mail that is sent once your item ships.


· Can I Change or Cancel My Order?

This process varies according to your order type and which stage the order is in.

To cancel a Ship-to-Home order, send an e-mail to wecare@toolant.com to cancel the order online. You may also choose to contact our online Customer Support to assist you with canceling orders. Please be noted that you can only cancel your order within 45 minutes after the purchase is done, once the 45-minute window has passed, the order cannot be canceled. If it is too late to cancel your order, you may return any unwanted items in accordance with our return policy.

New, unopened merchandise can be returned within 60 days of purchase.
